summer hikes to the Loetschenpass hut

The lodge is accessible only on foot on well marked and maintained mountain trails both from the Bernese Oberland and the Valais. The shortest ascent takes place from Lauchernalp. Both the starting points Wiler, Kippel and Ferden in Lötschental also as Kandersteg and Selden in the Kander valley are well accessible by public transport.
