Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the test purchase process, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the internet connection owner, as well as name, address, telephone number, email address, and other data provided by the invoice recipient, using cookies.
In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored. Data is not transferred to third parties.
After the purchase process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (10 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter on our website. In the newsletters, we inform you about updates to our product/service, current events, and other interesting information, as far as possible and known to us, tailored to your interests and vacation preferences. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect and store the data you enter into the input form (e.g., last name, first name, email address, postal address) and enrich it with information about your interests based on your vacation preferences.
