Privacy

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of simplifying the test purchase process, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the internet connection owner, as well as name, address, telephone number, email address, and other data provided by the invoice recipient, using cookies.
In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored. Data is not transferred to third parties.
After the purchase process is canceled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period for tax purposes (10 years).

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device by your browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use this data to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
IP anonymization is activated on this website. The IP address of users is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. This shortening removes the personal reference from your IP address. Under the data processing agreement that the website operators have concluded with Google Inc., Google uses the collected information to compile reports on website usage and activity and to provide other services related to internet usage.
You have the option to configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being set and to allow them only on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Furthermore, you can prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. by installing a browser plugin. The following link will take you to the relevant plugin: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

You can find more information about data usage by Google Inc. here: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245

Our website integrates social media plugins, such as those from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. These plugins may transfer data to third parties. We have no control over, nor access to, the cookies set by Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Web Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by these cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with other Google data. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.
