Important Information for Your Reservation
A reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the reservation confirmation via email. The General Terms and Conditions of Lötschenpass AG apply to every reservation.
Lötschenpass AG requires a deposit upon reservation.
Cancellations, changes to group size, and other modifications must be reported to the hut by telephone.
Cancellations or changes must be made by telephone no later than 6:00 PM two days before the booked overnight stay (cancellation deadline 48h). If cancelled in time, a voucher will be issued for the deposit paid.
Cancellations or changes not reported or reported after the deadline are subject to a fee. The full amount for accommodation and meals will be charged to the credit card on file.
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT. Prices are subject to change.
All information provided by the hut team (e.g., tour conditions, avalanche situation, routes, weather) is given to the best of their knowledge but without guarantee. All decisions remain the responsibility of the guest. Any liability is excluded.
Content of the Online Offer
Lötschenpass AG (hereinafter referred to as "the author") assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided.
Liability claims relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information are excluded unless there is proven intentional or grossly negligent fault.
All offers are non-binding. The author reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or discontinue the website without prior notice.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Lötschenpass AG. Swiss law applies. The contract language is German.
